today I'm going to be listing 5 things my family and I do to stay healthy.
  1. Eat lots of fruit and veges
  2. Go to bed at 8:30
  3. Go on walks everyday with my dog
  4. Do lots of swimming 
  5. Don't eat to much junk

    These are great ways to stay healthy, especially a set bed time and walking every day but honestly, everything you've put down is equally important. Swimming is a great form of all-round exercise and walking the dog is a good excuse for a walk and spending time with family. I have a big black Labrador which I try to walk every day when I can but I could definitely try some of your other suggestions out more often, especially the bed time and swimming.
