Hi today I'm doing SLJ this activity is called the southern lights so how this works is I make an acrostic poem about the lights.
So pretty
Over exciting
Unexpected
Terrific
Hypes you up
Exquisite
Red
Neon
Lovely
I love every colour
Gorgeous
High lights the sky
There's heaps of different colours
Sometimes scares you.

You'd have to be very lucky to be able to view the Northern or Southern Lights. It is definitely something I want to see in my travels. Do you have an interest in the Northern or Southern Lights? We're very lucky in New Zealand to have a natural light show like this. Otherwise we would have to travel to far away counties such as Northern Canada, Iceland, Sweden, Finland and Denmark to see them.
