  2. Kia Ora Peyton, I really enjoyed watching your video where you discussed the two texts. Really great work in noticing that the citizen's perspective isn't shown here. It goes to show that when we are reading the news, we need to read multiple articles to make sure we understand the full picture.

You've done a good job at identifying facts and opinions. Just two points on slide 6:
    - "That's the only thing that keeps me going..." These are the thoughts of the migrant mother, so it is an opinion.
    - " She is hopeful..." The word 'hopeful' is related to an emotion, so this is also an opinion.

Really interesting Venn diagram! How cool that you interviewed people you knew. Really different approaches to dealing with COVID discussed here.

Good job in using place value partitioning in your maths think board. Have a look at your picture representation again, perhaps some + or - signs can be changed?

For the tree problem and the basketball problem, please have a look at the kauri hub blog so you can revisit decimals place value. To answer your question about the lifespan of trees from our Google Meets, we are hypothetically saying if a tree can live 100 years.

May I please order some Peytons? Your menu is making me hungry!
