“Yay first day on the job” Bruno said. He was excited to be working as a Superhero for the Chicago state along with his whole family, His Dad (the chief of Heroes Chicago), his Mum(The whole town's favorite chef), his perfect older siblings(Patric and Lila) and lastly his younger sister Kio. Everyone except for Bruno have worked for the Heroes Chicago since they were 3, even Kio.Bruno couldn’t join because of his biggest fear. On his first day on the job he left the Chicago bank safe unguarded while the “NO HEROES” tribe were in town so ever since then he’s been suspended for 10 years. Until today, today is his thirteenth birthday which means it’s been ten years since his traumatizing experience at the bank. He promised that he would never EVER leave the safe unguarded. It’s 4 in the morning which is patrol time. So the family went to work.
As he’s walking through the streets of Chicago he hears a scream so he automatically flies to the famous Chicago apartments where there was a girl screaming on floor 6 stuck in a fire with her two children. Just as Bruno was flying up to collect them Brunos Dad had already scooped them up and brought them back down to safety. “I’ll get it next time I know it” Bruno mutters to himself. The crew's next stop was the Chicago local police where right there was standing his worst enemy, the “NO HEROES” tribe. Bruno promised himself he would not screw up again. Although he was terrified he flew straight towards them and snatched the poor citizens from the giant evil villains' hard muscled hands. “Good job Bruno” He told himself in his head. As he kept grabbing the citizens his face was tattooed with a smile on it. Lastly his BIGGEST enemy since he could speak, Backpack Burglar. The evilest, meanest villain in Chicago. “Lets go family!” Mum to everyone. As they charge towards him Bruno feels his body being tugged backwards. “Whats going on” Bruno screams intensely.
Bruno’s miserable that he failed the mission again. As he’s being pulled he thinks to himself, “What villain has that superpower?”. Then he realised none of them do. He tried to look backwards to see who was doing this but the pulling device was too powerful. Suddenly he blacks out. (1 hour later) Bruno wakes up after his long nap and slowly begins to open his eyes wider, eventually he wakes up to see that he’s trapped in an old rusty prison cell. He screams for help but all he hears is his own echo. Then suddenly he hears a voice, “Ah finally you’re awake” Said the deep and scary voice. Slowly a shadow starts to appear on the floor, a big and scary shadow. Then the creature slowly creeps out of the shadows. “Hi!” Said a sweet voice. “What? What happened to the big scary monster I just saw in the shadows?”Bruno exclaimed in a confused voice. “Ohhh. I see what you're talking about, the voice that was just to scare you” Said the small human with a giant red box on her back with a suckey thing that's like a vacuum. Bruno collapses to the floor and starts to sob. “Whats wrong” The stange human asks. Bruno shakes his head “I failed again, today was meant to be the day I finally get to fight with my family but now look what happened”. The girl with a vacuum on her back unlocked the cell and brought Bruno to a chair, “So what’s your name anyway?” The girl says, “I’m Clara but everyone calls me shorty the short one”. “Well I guess you’re kinda short” Said Bruno, giving her a weird look. Clara slaps Bruno ,”I may be short but I’m powerful”.
Clara had always been short and under-looked because of that,but she would always stay happy and kind because that’s what her Mum taught her who had passed away three years ago after her Dad left their family. One day she decided she was sick of everyone calling her short, so she turned evil. She named herself the underdogg and ever since she has been trying her hardest to keep evil so she can get the glory she “deserves”. Bruno could tell that ,that’s why she turned evil but didn’t think to ask. The two sat silent for 1 second then Clara asked why Bruno was so sad and Bruno said “I failed my mission as a hero of Chicago I don’t deserve to ever be one again”. “What!? You’re a hero, ew” Clara exclaim with a voice of disgust. “No not anymore I’m not, ever since the first day I screwed up I have been told I was always gonna fail so guess what, I’m taking their advise. From now on I’m not a hero I’m an underdogg” Bruno’s smile re-appeared. Straight away Clara knew that even if he was a hero she wasn’t gonna under-look him like everyone did to her. So Clara took him to the gear room, “Sorry they’re all homemade stuff but they work” Clara said. “Uhm I’m a hero I have powers” Bruno said with a giggle. “This will be fun” They both said, letting out an evil laugh.
Bruno knew everywhere the heroes hid every last thing so the first place they went was to go steal the diamond jewel that had been in the heroes base for 197 years. “Yay good job underdogg buddy, that was easy” Clara said with a smile. The next place Bruno wanted to go was to capture his family but Clara kept refusing. “No Bruno, if we capture your family we would be captured because the other heroes would come” Clara said, being held by Bruno as he flew 300 feet in the sky. “Ugh maybe we could go down and walk” Clara said as she looked down about to throw up. The next place they went was the police station which was where Bruno got captured. He was so happy being the villain so he could be the one who never makes mistakes.They took all the people and locked them up in the cells.”Easy” They both said. Their biggest and final stop was the Headquarters of all the old weapons of the dead Heroes. But just as they creep in they see the traps flying towards they’re face, “Duck!” Clara yelled. They tip-toed the rest of the traps along with some crawling and flying. “I knew we could do it” But one thing they didn’t know was that right behind them was a very angry…”Dad?” Bruno questions. Bruno snatches Clara from the floor and charges out the window.
