Kia ora Peyton, Kei te pehea koe? Wow, you put a lot of thought into that poem. I could tell you really understood personification. "togs hug my budy" "light sprinkles of water start to tickle me" "my sisters laughing crawls into my ears" These all give me a picture in my mind using personification and the seses of touch and sound. You can feel very happy with what you've achieved. Ka kite āno au i a koe
Hi Peyton, I agree with Mr Cossey. You are showing increasing understanding of personification. I thought the 'tickling' analogy was very clever!
Also great to see that you experimented with the different combinations of ducks and pigs in a chart. That shows good mathematical thinking.
Have a look again at the grandpa pocket question. Each pocket contains double the number of chocolates as the one before. So it should go 1, 2, 4, 8, 16. How many will you have all together?
Please structure your comments as follows: Positive - Something done well Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say Helpful - Give some ideas for next time or ask a question you want to know more about
